Who is responsible

The controller is Marik Péter E.V., sole trader, 1054 Budapest, Aulich utca 3., Hungary. Privacy questions go to [email protected].

What this website collects

Nothing by itself. This site has no forms, sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or third-party scripts. Our host keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Emails you send us

Demo requests. If you write to [email protected] to ask for a demo, we use your name, address, company and whatever else you include to arrange the demo and follow it up. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Launch list. If you write to ask to hear when Caterfold opens, we use your address only for that. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

How long. We keep a demo thread until the demo and its follow-up are finished, and a launch-list request until we have told you Caterfold is open. Then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Please do not send information about your guests, such as dietary declarations. We do not need it.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your details with other ShowFold products for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), naih.hu.

The Caterfold application

Caterfold is in development and holds no customer data. A separate privacy notice and a data processing agreement will cover the application before anyone can use it.
